Eligibility for Refunds
- Defective or Damaged Products: If an item arrives damaged or defective, you must contact us within 3 days of delivery with a description of the issue and, if possible, photos as proof.
- Incorrect Items: If you received an item different from what you ordered, please let us know within 3 days.
Non-Refundable Items
Customized products, sale items, and items without their original packaging are not eligible for returns or refunds.
Return Process
- Request a Return: Email umartechmart@gmail.com or call 03164451164 to initiate a return. Our team will guide you through the process and provide a return address.
- Return Shipment: Once approved, please ship the item to the provided return address. The cost of return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item was defective.
Refund Process
After receiving and verifying the returned product, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be issued via the original payment method, and we’ll notify you once the process is complete.
